Rules of Conduct and Work
There are rules of conduct and work on divashow.com. Any violation of the following
rules of paragraph 5 cause to immediate termination of the agreement between Kremson Group
and Consenting Side. Below are the rules:
- In order to work as a DivaShow model you must be of the full legal age and agree to the following terms.
(ATTENTION TO CONSENTING SIDE: if our Company finds any model working under full legal age her login and password will immediately blocked. If the model works from a studio in this case all logins of this studio will be blocked without explanation and payments. We are asking you earnestly not to falsify ID for models.)
- Models should only connect to the site using logins they acquired during registration. None except registered models can appear on camera under account.
- Role playing demonstrating underage sex or simply pretending of being underage (except dressing), rape, incest, blood or bestiality is strictly forbidden.
- Violence is strictly forbidden. You may not cut, maim, lacerate or in any other way inflict possible life threatening harm to yourself or another model within the cameras view.
- Child pornography of any sorts is strictly forbidden to be discussed neither in public or private chats.
- Fisting is strictly forbidden (all five fingers penetrate with thumb).
- Bodily fluids including urination/defecation are strictly forbidden on camera.
- Animals within cameras view are strictly forbidden.
- Usage of alcohol/drugs on camera either being in state of alcoholic/drug intoxication is strictly forbidden.
- Models cannot use DivaShow as means to promote any direct physical contact with any DivaShow customer for purposes of prostitution, escorting or related activities.
- No solicitation. Requesting or accepting any offers to get paid outside DivaShow payment methods for the services rendered are not allowed.
- Models cannot make an exchange of any personal information about themselves or another models, including emails, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, yahoo Ids, MSN Ids, etc.
- Promoting and advertising other web sites or services is strictly forbidden.
- Models cannot ever lie or promise to client anything they will not do in private.
- Models can kick or ban rude visitors from chat room, but do not abuse this feature. Being unable to handle situation with rude visitors, models should contact Divashow support. Models cannot be rude to clients themselves.
- Nudity is not allowed in free chat with preview.
- Photo gallery should contain only photos of models who are registered under particular account. Photo on profile should be with face and without unconcealed nudity, where models should be clearly seen.
- Models cannot discuss other models or customers both in public or private rooms.
- Models cannot leave the room with camera on. Being busy or going on break, model should set video on break or log off.
