  • I am having proglems with billing, or have a question conerning billing.

  • When the connection is interrupted during the chat?
    The payment will be stopped automatically and the visitor is charged only from the time he started the chat until he got disconnected. There is no danger that you still have to pay after the disconnection. Our server permanently watches over all the Video Chat hosts and makes sure.
